Troon, the global leader in golf and club hospitality services, has acquired Lincoln, Nebraska-based CaddieNow, a caddie technology and management company that partners with over 50 clubs across 25 states. The acquisition brings CaddieNow into Troon's caddie services division—alongside CADDIE MASTER and ClubUp—to expand Troon's caddie technology, staffing and management capabilities for private clubs, public courses and resorts.

MAI, a Chicago-based fulfillment and 3PL provider, has acquired Omaha-based call center operator WASI to join its MAI Voice division. The acquisition expands MAI Voice’s omnichannel and AI-enabled contact center capabilities and increases capacity across multiple verticals; WASI owner Hank Schelling retired with the sale.

Gladstone Investment Corporation partnered with long-time executive Dan Kirwan to acquire The Maids International on March 4, 2020, providing equity and senior secured debt to complete the transaction. Dan Kirwan will assume the role of President and CEO; The Maids is an Omaha-based franchisor of residential cleaning services with franchise and company-owned locations across the U.S. and Canada.
