Troon Acquires The Club at Cordillera

Troon, the Scottsdale-based golf and club management company, has purchased The Club at Cordillera, a private 54-hole mountain golf club in Edwards, Colorado, from Wind Rose Holdings LLC. The deal closed December 10, 2024; Troon will retain the existing management team and employees and plans capital improvements including a bunker renovation in 2025.

The acquisition expands Troon's HOA, club and community management capabilities and adds ICON's footprint across Florida (including offices in Bradenton, Fort Myers and Orlando) and its approximately 1,800 team members.

GolfStatus Acquires Golf Fusion

GolfStatus, a Lincoln, Nebraska–based golf tournament management and engagement platform, has acquired Golf Fusion, a provider of hosted websites and event/membership management services for golf facilities and associations. The deal will transition Golf Fusion's national client base onto the GolfStatus platform with a high-touch customer success effort to minimize disruption.
