The acquisition brings AEG’s ~15-person team and AMCI-accredited capabilities into AH’s platform to expand service offerings, drive efficiencies, and strengthen AH’s position in association management.

PepTalkHer, a New York‑based executive coaching platform, has acquired Madison‑based leadership development consultancy Mettacool. The deal combines Salelytics' AI-supported contact center technologies and inside-sales capabilities with MarketSource's field and inside sales operations to deliver an end-to-end customer experience and expanded capabilities across multiple verticals.

Matrix Sciences has acquired Cherney Microbiological Services, Ltd., expanding its network of agri‑food testing laboratories and strengthening service coverage in the Wisconsin region. The deal brings Cherney's ISO‑accredited microbiology capabilities and Green Bay location into Matrix's network of 19 facilities and 32 dedicated vehicles to better serve regional food manufacturers.

(WAFI), a cleanroom testing and certification provider serving medical and pharmaceutical customers in and around Green Bay, Wisconsin. The deal is an add-on to TSS’s platform (operating under Technical Solutions Holdings) and expands TSS’s Midwest presence and service capabilities.

Patrol Protect Secure (PPS), a security platform formed by Mangrove Equity Partners and Sunlake Capital, has acquired JBM Patrol and Protection Corp., a contract security provider operating in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa and Tennessee. The deal facilitates founder Jim Mankowski's retirement and represents PPS's first add-on as it pursues a roll-up strategy to build a national contract security platform.
