Generational Group advised the sale of Cattlemen's Steakhouse, Inc., a historic Oklahoma City steakhouse, to an unnamed individual investor, with the transaction closing on January 29, 2025. The buyer acquired both the business and its real estate and intends to preserve the restaurant's long-standing atmosphere and operations.

San Antonio-based Ace Mart Restaurant Supply has acquired Curtis Restaurant Supply of Tulsa, Oklahoma, effective September 28. The acquisition expands Ace Mart's geographic reach and distribution capabilities while Curtis staff will join Ace Mart and continue supporting customers with increased inventory and operational resources.

Car Wash Owners Network (CWON), a portfolio company of Baltimore-based Access Holdings, has closed an investment in Okie Express Auto Wash, the largest express car wash operator in the Oklahoma City market. The deal brings CWON's affiliated network closer to its planned expansion and will partner with Okie management to accelerate growth across the company's 11 locations.
