Tyler Technologies has acquired CloudGavel, a Baton Rouge-based provider of cloud-native electronic warrant solutions. The acquisition integrates CloudGavel's eWarrant capabilities into Tyler's Courts & Justice division to enhance real-time warrant issuance, tracking, and connectivity between courts and law enforcement agencies.

Storable has acquired StorageAuctions.com, an online marketplace for self-storage unit auctions, integrating its auction services to create an end-to-end delinquency management solution for self-storage operators. The deal, finalized June 4, 2024, will have StorageAuctions.com operate as a division of Storable and is intended to streamline auction workflows and improve unit recovery and re-rental efficiency.

Billhighway, a provider of finance-management solutions for fraternal and chapter-based organizations, has acquired ChapterSpot, a CRM and member-management software provider. The deal combines ChapterSpot’s CRM capabilities with Billhighway’s finance platform to create an integrated solution for member engagement and financial management; ChapterSpot co-founders Joe McMenemon and Brendan Finke will join Billhighway’s executive team.
