Billhighway Acquires ChapterSpot

Billhighway, a provider of finance-management solutions for fraternal and chapter-based organizations, has acquired ChapterSpot, a CRM and member-management software provider. The deal combines ChapterSpot’s CRM capabilities with Billhighway’s finance platform to create an integrated solution for member engagement and financial management; ChapterSpot co-founders Joe McMenemon and Brendan Finke will join Billhighway’s executive team.
