Troy, Michigan-based Billhighway, a Lovell Minnick Partners (LMP) portfolio company, is acquiring ChapterSpot, a New Orleans-based CRM and member-management software provider for fraternities, sororities and associations. Comvest Credit Partners provided a senior secured credit facility to refinance Billhighway's existing debt and support the acquisition; transaction presented as an add-on to Billhighway's platform to expand its SaaS capabilities for member-based organizations.

Billhighway, a provider of finance-management solutions for fraternal and chapter-based organizations, has acquired ChapterSpot, a CRM and member-management software provider. The deal combines ChapterSpot’s CRM capabilities with Billhighway’s finance platform to create an integrated solution for member engagement and financial management; ChapterSpot co-founders Joe McMenemon and Brendan Finke will join Billhighway’s executive team.

The deal will support a management transition (Patrick Fic promoted to President; founder Woody Fic retiring) and aims to expand ImEX's product capabilities, integrations (estimating and payments), sales and geographic reach into the U.S. and Canada.
