Software Acquisitions in Oklahoma

CostPerform has acquired Acumen Cost Analytics, the profitability and cost-modeling software product developed by Armada Solutions, in a transaction that transfers the Acumen platform and establishes a partnership with the Armada team. The deal expands CostPerform’s presence in the United States and combines complementary cost and profitability offerings to better serve banks, asset managers and other financial institutions.

Automated Systems, Inc. (ASI) has acquired American Bank Systems (ABS), a provider of loan origination and compliance-focused software for U.S. community banks. The transaction was completed with support from Banyan Software and will integrate ABS's CoPilot and BankManager products into ASI's core banking platform as part of Banyan's Financial Institutions Group to expand ASI's capability set for community banks.

Falfurrias Management Partners has made growth investments in capSpire and Gravitate (the latter spun out from capSpire). The capital will be used to scale product offerings, expand geographic reach, and accelerate growth while existing leadership teams remain in place.

MLC CAD Systems has acquired EQUIVAQ SOFTWARE, a provider of SOLIDWORKS PDM add-ins and related consulting services. The acquisition expands MLC's data management, migration and PDM integration capabilities and brings EQUIVAQ's subscription-based PDM add-ins and professional services into MLC's nationwide offering.

Bain Capital Ventures and Insight Venture Partners completed a recapitalization of SolarWinds.net, a privately held network management and systems software developer headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The equity transaction gave Bain and Insight a majority stake while preserving management and granting equity to key personnel to support continued growth and product expansion.

iLearningEngines Inc. has acquired in2vate LLC, a Tulsa-based risk management and learning platform provider that serves more than two million users across enterprises, educational institutions, health systems and law enforcement. The acquisition strengthens iLearningEngines' AI-driven learning automation capabilities and accelerates its go-to-market expansion in regulated and high-compliance verticals.

TMA Systems, a provider of web-based Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), has secured a $68 million majority growth investment led by Silversmith Capital Partners. The capital will fund R&D and sales & marketing to accelerate product development and go-to-market expansion for TMA's WebTMA platform.

N. Harris Computer Corporation (Harris), an operating group of Constellation Software, has acquired the revenue cycle management (RCM) software business of Innovative Healthcare Systems, Inc. The RCM business will join Harris' Ultimate Billing unit to expand its medical billing and emergency-department-focused RCM capabilities and support Innovative Healthcare's customers and employees.

Sylogist Ltd. (TSXV: SYZ), through its subsidiary Sylogist USA Inc., acquired Municipal Accounting Systems, Inc. (MAS), an Oklahoma-based provider of K-12 student information and school accounting software, for CAD 37.8 million (subject to working capital adjustments). The deal is immediately accretive to Sylogist, expands its K-12 SaaS offerings (MAS serves ~85% of Oklahoma districts and ~500 districts overall), and was financed with 50% cash and the remainder drawn on Sylogist's credit facility as the company simultaneously expanded that facility to CAD 75 million.
