Staffing & HR Acquisitions in Colorado

Miami-based private equity firm Diatonic Healthcare has made a majority growth investment in Denver-headquartered Quantix Consulting, a 23-year IT and cybersecurity staffing specialist serving healthcare and other regulated industries. The capital will be used to accelerate Quantix’s product and service innovation, support growth initiatives and sponsor future add-on acquisitions; Quantix’s founder and CEO Michael Haase will remain involved following the transaction.

G&A Partners, a national professional employer organization (PEO) headquartered in Houston, has acquired Denver-based Management Solutions Inc., a PEO and HR management provider founded by Rick VanDyke. VanDyke will remain with the business in a business development role as the firm is integrated into G&A’s expanding Colorado operations to broaden local capabilities and client reach.

Orange Tree Employment Screening, a portfolio company partnered with Tonka Bay Equity Partners, has acquired Info Cubic, a Colorado-based background screening provider that serves heavily regulated industries including healthcare and DOT-regulated sectors. The transaction is an add-on acquisition intended to deepen Orange Tree's vertical expertise and accelerate its growth plans.

Seaside Equity Partners has partnered with PayReel, a tech-enabled provider of HR compliance, worker classification, and payrolling solutions based in Golden, Colorado. Seaside will provide capital and strategic support to accelerate PayReel's technology development, broaden capabilities, and drive growth with enterprise clients.

The Offr Group, an Austin-based recruiting and staffing firm, has acquired Denver Devshop, a Denver-based technical recruiting agency focused on software engineering and technology leadership. The acquisition expands The Offr Group's engineering recruiting capability and enables it to better serve seed- to Series C-stage, high-growth startup partners with top engineering talent.

Dawn Patrol Partners and Jackson Partners acquired Mountain Temp Services (MTS), a Mountain West–focused temporary staffing provider, with subordinated debt and preferred equity provided by NewSpring Mezzanine to support the transaction. The financing positions MTS to expand into new states and pursue add-on acquisitions across the region while leveraging its technology-driven sourcing and deep relationships in hospitality, construction, events, janitorial and healthcare end markets.

Infosoft Group, LLC (dba Circa) purchased Colorado-based LatPro, Inc., which operates DiversityJobs, adding a leading diversity-focused job board and OFCCP HR compliance technology to Circa's offerings. The acquisition makes DiversityJobs a subsidiary of Infosoft and is intended to accelerate Circa's growth in diversity-focused talent acquisition and compliance solutions.
