Acquisitions in Oklahoma in 2015

Long Trail Holdings has acquired Eastpointe Industries, a Muskogee, Oklahoma-based manufacturer of structural retrofit wireless tower components and new towers. ClearRidge advised the owners of Eastpointe on the sale; Long Trail was selected to help expand the platform and source key management to support continued growth.

Hub International Midwest Limited, a subsidiary of HUB International Limited, has acquired the assets of The Holmes Organisation, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-based multi-line insurance brokerage. The Holmes team will join Hub Midwest and continue operating from offices in Tulsa and Little Rock to expand HUB Midwest's footprint in Oklahoma and Arkansas.

Ohio-based Coastal Pet Products, Inc. has acquired Bergan, a Monkey Island, Oklahoma–based maker of pet toys, carriers, harnesses and feeding solutions, including the Turbo Scratcher cat toy. Terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands Coastal's product portfolio and strengthens its position in the pet accessories and toy categories.
