The deal adds Corient’s first Oklahoma office and is expected to close later this quarter, subject to regulatory approval.

The $1.175 billion transaction is financed via a bespoke asset-backed securitization (ABS) through a newly formed SPV, with Diversified funding about $210 million and expecting to close in Q3 2026.
