Arxis completed its acquisitions of Schatz Bearing Corporation (acquired September 2, 2026) and StratEdge Corporation (acquired September 1, 2026). The deals add specialized aerospace, defense, and space components—Schatz’s precision bearings and StratEdge’s hermetic ceramic packages—to Arxis’ mechanical and electronic components segments.
Arxis completed its previously announced acquisition of Omnetics Connector Corporation in a deal valued at approximately $770 million (subject to customary closing adjustments). At closing, Arxis issued 13,351,964 shares of its Class A common stock to former Omnetics shareholders, and Omnetics will operate within Arxis’ Electronic Components segment.
Arxis (backed by Arcline) expanded through closing the combination of two acquisitions: Omnetics Connector Corporation and MagCanica Inc., for a combined purchase price of approximately $890 million. Omnetics was acquired in an all-stock transaction, while MagCanica was acquired for cash, and both businesses were integrated into Arxis’ Electronic Components segment.
