The deal, signed in August 2021 and closed March 22, 2022 following regulatory approval, was valued at an equity price of €1.5 billion; Hillebrand operates in over 90 countries with more than 2,700 employees and specializes in ocean freight forwarding for beverages and non-hazardous bulk liquids.
