Enstructure completed its acquisition of LOGISTEC’s marine services division, creating a larger, more diversified marine terminal and logistics network. Blue Wolf Capital Partners remains an investor, while Enstructure operates 106 terminals across 30 U.S. states and Canadian provinces and employs about 6,000 people. The expanded network spans more than 3,000 waterfront acres and handles about 70 million tons of cargo annually.
Enstructure agreed to acquire all of LOGISTEC’s marine terminal operations, including the Gulf Stream Marine and LOGISTEC Direct brands, expanding Enstructure’s North American marine terminal network. LOGISTEC is headquartered in Montréal, and Blue Wolf Capital Partners will remain an investor in the combined business. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is aimed at increasing capacity and connectivity across multiple cargo types.
