HHAeXchange has acquired Sandata Technologies to combine two leading homecare management platforms and expand capabilities across Medicaid home and community-based services (HCBS), providers, payers and caregivers. The deal, which builds on HHAeXchange’s recent acquisitions and its backing by Cressey & Company, was announced October 3, 2024; financial terms were not disclosed. Editor notes indicate Sandata was an Accel-KKR portfolio company since 2019.
HHAeXchange, a PE-backed homecare management software platform, has acquired Generations Homecare System, a provider of agency management software used by over 700 customers. The deal strengthens HHAeXchange’s product capabilities, adds homecare technology talent, and expands its geographic footprint across additional U.S. states.
HHAeXchange has acquired Minnesota-based Cashé Software, combining two homecare-focused software platforms to expand capabilities in billing, compliance, EVV, and workforce management for Medicaid home and community-based services (HCBS).
