HealthStream has acquired MissionCare Collective, the operator of myCNAjobs.com and related workforce tools, in a deal valued at up to $40 million. The acquisition adds the nation's largest caregiver career network to HealthStream's hStream platform, expanding its workforce ecosystem to better serve non-medical caregivers, home health aides, and CNAs.
HealthStream has acquired the Total Clinical Placement System (TCPS) and The Clinical Hub from Cyber Healthcare Solutions, LLC to expand its clinical rotation and student placement capabilities. HealthStream, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSTM) has acquired ComplyALIGN (incorporated as ProcessDATA, Ltd.), a Chicago-based provider of SaaS policy management and hospital intranet solutions. The acquisition (all outstanding equity) expands HealthStream's healthcare workforce and compliance product suite; ComplyALIGN's ~11 employees support more than 200 healthcare facilities, including over 150 hospitals.
HealthStream acquired substantially all of the assets of myClinicalExchange LLC for approximately $4.5 million in cash, gaining a SaaS application used by roughly 400 hospitals, 1,000 colleges and universities, and 50,000 students annually. NurseGrid has over 260,000 monthly active users and about 20 employees; HealthStream said the acquisition will expand its nurse-focused digital offerings and deepen engagement across its workforce solutions ecosystem.
HealthStream (NASDAQ: HSTM) acquired Providigm LLC, a Denver-based provider of the abaqis SaaS quality-management program for skilled nursing facilities, for approximately $18 million in cash plus up to $500,000 in performance-based consideration. The acquisition (Providigm’s ~45 employees remain in Denver) expands HealthStream's workforce and quality-management offerings to better serve skilled nursing and post-acute care providers, where abaqis is used by over 2,000 facilities.
HealthStream (NASDAQ: HSTM) agreed to acquire San Diego-based HealthLine Systems, Inc. for approximately $88 million in cash. The deal expands HealthStream’s healthcare-focused SaaS offerings by adding HealthLine’s credentialing, privileging, and provider enrollment solutions (including the Echo product) and will be combined with HealthStream’s SyMed business to form an expanded credentialing and provider data management business.
