The Engineered Stone Group (an enterprise created by The Cranemere Group) has agreed to acquire the assets of Resiblock S.L., Baniana Bath S.L. and Bold The Solid Company S.L., a Spanish manufacturer of engineered stone and solid-surface shower trays and washbasins. The acquisition is an add-on to ES Group’s bathroom-products platform to expand manufacturing capacity, broaden product offerings and strengthen its presence in Southern Europe; financial terms were not disclosed.
The Cranemere Group has partnered with System Pavers, a Santa Ana–based direct-to-consumer outdoor living design and installation company. The transaction provides System Pavers with permanent capital to support geographic expansion and an expanded product offering while founders and management retain a significant ownership stake.
The Engineered Stone Group (established by The Cranemere Group) acquired US-based MTI Baths and Europe-based Aquatica to expand its engineered stone and hydrotherapy bathing footprint in North America. The deals bring MTI's Sugar Hill, Georgia manufacturing and Aquatica's high-end solid surface/DTC capabilities into the ES Group portfolio, with both brands continuing to operate independently under existing management.
The Cranemere Group has acquired majority ownership of Outpatient Imaging Affiliates (OIA) from ICV Partners; OIA management retains a meaningful ownership stake. Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, OIA operates 56 outpatient imaging centers across 18 markets and will be supported by Cranemere's permanent capital for long-term growth and partnership with health systems.
The Engineered Stone Group, established by The Cranemere Group, has acquired Spanish engineered-stone bathroom manufacturers Fiora and Nuovvo. Fiora was sold by H.I.G. Capital and both deals expand ES Group’s manufacturing capacity, geographic reach and product offering across Europe as the group builds a multi-brand platform in engineered stone bathroom products.
