The Cranemere Group has acquired majority ownership of Outpatient Imaging Affiliates (OIA) from ICV Partners; OIA management retains a meaningful ownership stake. Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, OIA operates 56 outpatient imaging centers across 18 markets and will be supported by Cranemere's permanent capital for long-term growth and partnership with health systems.
