Triller, via its Triller Fight Club division, acquired a majority interest in Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) to expand its combat-sports content and streaming offerings. The deal brings BKFC — a fast-growing bare-knuckle combat sports promoter — into Triller's creator and fight-club ecosystem, building on Triller's prior acquisition of the FITE streaming platform.
Triller, via its parent company TrillerNet, has acquired Thuzio, a New York–based B2B provider of premium influencer events and experiences. The acquisition adds Thuzio's live-event production and influencer access to Triller's existing live-event and content assets to expand its live-event programming and brand partnerships.
TrillerNet (Triller Hold Co LLC), the parent of the Triller social video app, has acquired FITE, a global live-event, PPV, SVOD and AVOD streaming platform for sports and entertainment. The acquisition gives TrillerNet a major foothold in live-event pay-per-view and streaming distribution, expanding its content and distribution capabilities and bringing FITE's technology, customers and content partnerships into the Triller ecosystem.
TrillerNet has acquired Amplify.ai, a Silicon Valley–based conversational AI customer engagement platform, to integrate AI-powered customer engagement and analytics into Triller's content and advertising ecosystem. Amplify.ai will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary and its co-founder Mahi de Silva was appointed CEO of TrillerNet as part of the transaction.
