TSG (with support from HLD) continues its European acquisition strategy with two targeted deals: it is integrating Powertek Utilities in the United Kingdom and Van der Heijden in the Netherlands. The acquisitions broaden TSG’s capabilities in electrification, networks, and industrial infrastructure to better serve the energy-transition market.
TSG has acquired Ranzato Impianti Srl, an electrical and energy-services firm based in Padua, Italy. The deal — an add-on to TSG's roll-up in Europe — brings nearly 200 employees and over €30 million in revenue, strengthening TSG’s capabilities in electric mobility, electrical installations, thermo-hydraulics and energy-efficiency services while expanding its Italian footprint.
TSG, the European technical-services group for responsible mobility, has acquired Madrid-based electrical services and engineering firm HEMAG S.A. The deal brings HEMAG's ~160 engineers and technicians and €13m turnover into TSG's Iberian electrical division to accelerate EV charging and electrical infrastructure capabilities in Spain.
TSG Group (through TSG France) has acquired S2D, a Cordemais-based construction and technical-fluids installation specialist that designs, builds and maintains private fuel and lubricant stations for professional and industrial customers across France. The acquisition strengthens TSG’s capabilities and presence in the private fleet and industrial markets by adding S2D’s installation and maintenance expertise and nationwide technician network.
TSG Group (through its UK operations) has acquired DRB UK Maintenance Limited, a Glasgow-based specialist in EV charger installation, electrical and signage installation, maintenance, and hazardous area testing. The acquisition adds c.40 engineers and technicians to TSG's UK capabilities and strengthens its sustainable electrical and EV charging services across the United Kingdom.
TSG Group has acquired a majority stake in Gasodata, a Portugal-based provider of systems, payment solutions and installation/maintenance services for gas stations and private customers. The deal (TSG's sixth acquisition this year) strengthens TSG's presence in Portugal and supports its expansion in new mobility energy solutions including electric, gas and hydrogen.
TSG Group has acquired Prime Fuelling Systems Limited, a UK-based installer and maintainer of bespoke fleet fueling and AdBlue systems. The deal strengthens TSG's technical capabilities and local presence in the UK, adding certified electrical and mechanical engineers to support fleet, retail and defence customers.
TSG Group has acquired Kälte-, Klimatechnik Manfred Wegner GmbH (Wegner), a Wismar-based refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance and installation services company. The acquisition expands TSG's HVAC capabilities and geographic footprint in Northern and Eastern Germany and brings Wegner's ~98 employees and strong supermarket/food-retail customer relationships into the TSG platform.
TSG Group has acquired MB El-Services ApS (MBES), an electrical works company based in Karlslunde, Denmark. The acquisition expands TSG’s electrical capabilities and local workforce in Denmark to support growing demand for EV charging station installations and energy-distribution infrastructure services.
TSG, a European provider of technical services for energy distribution and mobility, has acquired SITIM, a Zagreb-based company offering facility management, maintenance and engineering support for energy infrastructures. SITIM reported €10M revenue and about 90 employees in 2020; the deal expands TSG’s technical service capabilities and local footprint in Croatia.
