Step 1: Choose the access you need
Buyers
Buyer membership costs $149 for the first month, then $299 per month. Billing is month-to-month, with no contract.
Membership unlocks full deal materials and seller contact on every deal. It also includes 5,000 credits each month for AI Target Lists. Your firm can invite teammates at no extra cost.
Annual pricing is also available at a lower rate.
Sellers
Listing, matching, and sharing deals are free. A single AI Buyer List costs $199, or subscribe for $299 per month if you need multiple lists.
Note: Buyer and seller subscriptions are separate. If your firm needs paid access to both, contact support@privsource.com . PrivSource never charges a success fee.
Step 2: Sign up for your membership
Buyers: Click Upgrade to unlock on the homepage banner. Your first month is 50% off.
Sellers buying a single list: List a deal on PrivSource to get a free sample buyer list of 15 names. Once the sample completes, you'll be prompted to enter a credit card to expand it to the full list.
Sellers buying a membership: Click Account in the left navigation, then View details in the Buyer List Membership section. Enter your card details to complete your membership.
Step 3: Find invoices and manage billing
Open Account and click View billing history to download invoices.
Use Manage subscription to review or cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your mandates keep matching and sending emails after cancellation.
