Divestitures in 2010

Trinity Hunt Partners has made an initial platform investment in ShowPlex Cinemas, a newly formed exhibitor that operates 10 first-run theatre locations (81 screens), to support ShowPlex's acquisition of certain assets of Dickinson Theatres, Inc. Trinity Hunt will back ShowPlex as it updates theatres, expands screens and installs additional digital projection capabilities; Dickinson's CFO Al Lane will become ShowPlex's CEO.

NitroSecurity secured $6 million in Series B financing and acquired the security business of LogMatrix to expand its customer and technology portfolio. The company will integrate LogMatrix's risk-based assessment and correlation technologies into its NitroView SIEM product family and use the funding to grow its presence in federal, healthcare and critical infrastructure markets.

OPNET Technologies, Inc. acquired substantially all assets associated with the DSAuditor product line from Embarcadero Technologies, Inc. The acquisition adds database transaction-level visibility to OPNET's High Definition APM suite and is expected to be near-neutral to GAAP EPS in the current fiscal year and accretive the following year.
