Fasoo and Konsilix have entered into an agreement in principle to combine their businesses and form Symbologic, a new enterprise AI company. The companies expect to finalize definitive agreements and complete the transaction by the end of April, subject to customary closing conditions.

Renesas Electronics Corporation has acquired Reality Analytics, Inc. (Reality AI) in an all-cash transaction to bolster its endpoint AI capabilities. The acquisition brings Reality AI’s embedded AI, TinyML and signal-processing tools and team in Columbia, Maryland into Renesas to accelerate AIoT solutions for IIoT, automotive and consumer applications.
