Building Products Acquisitions in Mississippi

Beacon Building Products (NASDAQ: BECN) has completed the acquisition of All American Vinyl Siding Supply, LLC, a Tupelo, Mississippi-based vinyl siding and exterior building products supplier. The deal expands Beacon’s branch footprint and product/service coverage in northern Mississippi, adding the All American team and its local market knowledge to Beacon’s network.

INDEVCO North America has acquired Perma R Products, a family-owned manufacturer of rigid foam insulation, building wrap and roof underlayment with manufacturing plants in Mississippi, Georgia and Tennessee. The acquisition integrates Perma R into INDEVCO Building Products to broaden INDEVCO’s building envelope portfolio, expand capabilities in rigid foam insulation, and serve additional channels and territories across the U.S.

Kodiak Building Partners has acquired Sunrise Builders Supply, a two-location building materials distributor founded in Horn Lake, Mississippi, expanding Kodiak’s footprint into the Mississippi and Tennessee markets. Sunrise will continue operating locally under Kodiak’s ownership, which Kodiak says will provide additional vendor access, growth opportunities, and operational support.

Ed's Supply, a division of Heritage Distribution Holdings (backed by Gryphon Investors), has acquired Controlled Temp Supply, a wholesale HVAC/R parts and equipment distributor based in Oxford, Mississippi. Controlled Temp Supply will be rebranded as Ed's Supply as part of Heritage Distribution's ongoing add-on roll-up to expand its HVAC/R distribution footprint in the Midwest and Southeast.

Union Corrugating Company, backed by Patriot Capital Group and Industrial Opportunity Partners (IOP), has made an investment in Reed's Metals. Bernie Reed and Reed's management retain ownership stakes and will remain in leadership; the two businesses will operate as distinct units while collaborating to expand product offerings and leverage the supply base. Patriot provided additional debt financing alongside Regions Bank.
