The deal is an add-on for General Informatics (which is PE-backed by Rosewood Private Investments) and aims to scale security services, add vendor relationships, and enable cross-selling across cloud and AI offerings.

C3 Integrated Solutions and Ingalls Information Security announced a merger in which C3 will integrate Ingalls' cybersecurity capabilities—including SOC, MDR/MXDR, and DFIR—into its compliance-focused managed services for the U.S. Defense Industrial Base.
