Unrivaled Sports has acquired Rocker B Ranch, a 325-acre youth baseball and multi-sport resort near Graford, Texas, adding the property to its Baseball & Multi-sport Division. Unrivaled plans to expand fields, increase accommodations, and enhance amenities while founders Lance and Bart Byrd will remain involved with the operation.

Golf Genius Acquires ThrivSports Coaching Platform

ThrivSports will retain and continue to operate its Coach Marketplace while transitioning oversight of the coaching platform to Golf Genius under a transition agreement.

ASB Sports Acquires Universal Athletic Team Business

Sports Endeavors Acquires Soccer Master

Sports Endeavors, the parent company of Soccer.com and WorldSoccerShop (and a portfolio company of Seawall Capital), has acquired Soccer Master, a St. Louis–area soccer specialty retailer with six stores and online operations. The acquisition will keep Soccer Master retail locations operating under their name while transitioning Soccer Master’s online businesses to Soccer.com to expand Soccer.com’s fulfillment and Midwest presence.
