IK Partners’ Small Cap III Fund has agreed to invest in Sitevision AB, a Swedish cloud-based CMS and intranet platform. The founders — Anders Korsvall, Karl Eklöf and Niclas Hedlund — are selling a stake but will reinvest and remain majority owners; the capital will be used to strengthen Sitevision’s product platform and drive expansion across the Nordics and beyond.
