Irish iGaming lead-generation operator Thimba Media has acquired London-based affiliate business Seven Star Digital on a cash-free, debt-free basis. The deal, paid in cash at a multiple of last-12-months revenue, strengthens Thimba Media's UK position with Seven Star continuing to operate independently from its London base.
