Thimba Media, an Irish iGaming content marketing and lead-generation company, has acquired Casinomartini.com and its player bases, operations and staff from the Swedish founders. The acquisition — paid from Thimba's cash balance and valued at ~3.9x trailing EBITDA with potential earnouts — is intended to accelerate Thimba's organic growth across the UK, Germany and New Zealand and support future rollouts in Latin America and Canada.
