Intema Solutions Inc. signed a letter of agreement to acquire all shares of esports product and lifestyle company TheSMACK.gg for $35,000 in cash. The acquisition is intended to expand Intema's portfolio of esports and iGaming assets and add advertising, branding and retail capabilities complementary to its existing assets such as HypeX.gg and Advertiise.

Intema Solutions Acquires Team BloodHounds (Team BH)

Intema Solutions Inc. entered into a letter of intent to acquire all issued and outstanding shares of Team BloodHounds Inc. ("Team BH") from founder Matteo Di Penta and other shareholders for consideration of up to CA$621,000 (CA$121,000 cash and CA$500,000 in Intema common shares). Team BH is a Canada-based esports/content organization built around ~23 influencers/players with a combined influencer reach of ~8.8 million across major platforms and a brand following cited at ~775,000 across key social channels; the deal is intended to expand Intema's esports ecosystem and advertising/tournament capabilities.

Lumera Acquires ITM from Inflexion

Sweden-based, private equity‑backed insurtech Lumera has acquired ITM, a UK data services and technology specialist for the pensions market, from Inflexion. ITM provides proprietary software and technology‑enabled services including data audit, management, administration and migration and was supported by Inflexion through M&A and international expansion. Lumera says the deal strengthens its UK presence and complements its life & pensions technology and data services portfolio.

Aliter Capital Acquires ITM Communications

Aliter Capital LLP has completed an investment in ITM Communications Ltd, a Milton Keynes–based network connectivity and IT managed services provider, establishing ITM as a new platform for Aliter's Fund II. The ITM management team will remain in place; the company employs around 85 people and Aliter intends to support organic growth and pursue bolt-on acquisitions to scale ITM nationally.
