Intema Signs LOI to Acquire Advertiise Technologies Inc.

Intema Solutions Inc. (TSXV: ITM) signed a letter of intent to acquire all issued and outstanding securities of Advertiise Technologies Inc., a global online advertising marketplace that uses SaaS, blockchain and AI technologies. The deal consideration includes 2 million common shares and up to CA$2.0 million in earnouts tied to revenue targets; Intema expects the acquisition to complement its eFlyerMaker and HypeX.gg marketing services and be accretive to revenues.

Intema Solutions Acquires Team BloodHounds (Team BH)

("Team BH") from founder Matteo Di Penta and other shareholders for consideration of up to CA$621,000 (CA$121,000 cash and CA$500,000 in Intema common shares). Team BH is a Canada-based esports/content organization built around ~23 influencers/players with a combined influencer reach of ~8.8 million across major platforms and a brand following cited at ~775,000 across key social channels; the deal is intended to expand Intema's esports ecosystem and advertising/tournament capabilities.

Summa Defence Ltd Acquires IntLog Oy

Finnish defense group Summa Defence Ltd has agreed to acquire all shares of IntLog Oy through a share exchange. IntLog founders Emilia Koivisto and Jukka Pietilä acted as sellers, will remain in leadership roles and become shareholders of Summa Defence; IntLog reported ~€3.5M revenue and 9 employees in 2023 and the purchase price was not disclosed.
