The acquisition is intended to expand Intema's portfolio of esports and iGaming assets and add advertising, branding and retail capabilities complementary to its existing assets such as HypeX.gg and Advertiise.

(TSXV: ITM) signed a letter of intent to acquire all issued and outstanding securities of Advertiise Technologies Inc., a global online advertising marketplace that uses SaaS, blockchain and AI technologies. The deal consideration includes 2 million common shares and up to CA$2.0 million in earnouts tied to revenue targets; Intema expects the acquisition to complement its eFlyerMaker and HypeX.gg marketing services and be accretive to revenues.
