Dubin Clark’s portfolio company Super Home Services, LLC (SHS) acquired two Florida-based home services businesses in February 2024: Mosquito Mist (Sarasota, FL) and Custom Green Lawns, Inc. (Longwood, FL). The add-on deals expand the SHS platform’s pest control, misting system and lawn-care capabilities across Central Florida as part of a roll-up strategy to build a regional home-services leader.

Fairway Corp has expanded its national residential services platform by acquiring six regional lawn, tree and pest service businesses: Eastern Exterminating, Southern Care Lawn and Pest, Mencer's Tree Service, Agape Lawn Company, Arbor Bay Tree & Landscaping, and Scientific Plant Service. The acquisitions extend Fairway’s geographic footprint across Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina and the Chesapeake Bay region and broaden its tree, turf, plant-health, landscaping and pest service capabilities.

Great Lakes Grounds Management Acquires Commercial Landscape Division of Evergreen Tree & Lawncare Inc.

Amherst-based Great Lakes Grounds Management acquired the commercial landscape maintenance division of Elyria-based Evergreen Tree & Lawncare Inc., assuming commercial customer accounts, equipment and employees. The carved-out deal expands Great Lakes' service footprint in Lorain and Cuyahoga counties and is the company's third and largest acquisition since 2018.

Aruza Pest Control Acquires Evergreen Pest Solutions Greenville & Columbia Branches
