Super Home Services (Dubin Clark) Acquires Mosquito Mist and Custom Green Lawns

Dubin Clark’s portfolio company Super Home Services, LLC (SHS) acquired two Florida-based home services businesses in February 2024: Mosquito Mist (Sarasota, FL) and Custom Green Lawns, Inc. (Longwood, FL). The add-on deals expand the SHS platform’s pest control, misting system and lawn-care capabilities across Central Florida as part of a roll-up strategy to build a regional home-services leader.

Mason Wells Acquires SWAT Group, Inc.

Mason Wells, a Milwaukee-based private equity firm, has acquired SWAT Group, Inc., a radon mitigation and vapor intrusion remediation services provider founded in 1988. SDR Ventures served as exclusive sell-side advisor; SWAT operates in 33 states with over 120 field installation technicians and will be consolidated under Mason Wells to support growth and scaling.

Five Star Franchising Acquires Mosquito Shield

The deal — Five Star's eighth acquisition since launching in 2021 and backed by Princeton Equity Group — expands Five Star's portfolio of service-focused franchise brands and provides Mosquito Shield additional resources to accelerate franchise development and operations.
