Veritas Capital, through an affiliate, has entered into an agreement to acquire Sequa Corporation, the parent of Chromalloy, from funds managed by Carlyle. Chromalloy, headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, is a leading provider of engine and gas turbine parts, repairs and related manufacturing capabilities; Veritas intends to invest in its proprietary LifeX solutions and accelerate growth.
