Directional Aviation’s OneSky Flight acquired Associated Aircraft Group (AAG), a New York–based helicopter operator and FAA part 145 repair station that operates Sikorsky S-76/S-92 aircraft. The transaction (advised by Seabury Securities) expands Directional Aviation/OneSky’s vertical flight capabilities and adds charter, fractional and MRO services in the Northeastern United States; reports indicate the business was sold by Sikorsky/Lockheed Martin interests.
