Directional Aviation, through its OneSky Flight family, has acquired U.K.-based Halo Aviation Ltd. and earlier this year acquired Associated Aircraft Group (AAG) in the Northeastern United States. The transactions expand Directional's OneSky portfolio into helicopter/vertical-lift services, creating end-to-end private air travel capabilities across Europe and North America.

AeroVironment, Inc. completed an all-stock acquisition of BlueHalo LLC in a transaction valuing the deal at approximately $4.1 billion, creating a combined defense technology company operating as AV. AviAlliance Acquires AGS Airports from Macquarie and Ferrovial

AviAlliance has agreed to acquire AGS Airports from Macquarie Asset Management (via Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 4) and Ferrovial for an enterprise value of approximately £1.53 billion. The transaction transfers ownership of the airports serving Aberdeen, Glasgow and Southampton, and is expected to reach financial close by Q1 2025 subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
