Alliance Consumer Group Acquires HALO Operating Unit from ZAGG Inc.

Alliance Consumer Group has acquired substantially all assets of the HALO operating unit from ZAGG Inc., adding HALO's portable power stations, accessories and IP portfolio to ACG's product lineup. ACG will relocate HALO corporate operations from Salt Lake City, Utah to its Fort Worth, Texas headquarters while retaining HALO regional operations in Hartford, Connecticut; the deal expands ACG's consumer portable power capability and complements its existing outdoor and lifestyle brands.
