Marlin Equity Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Tennaxia

The acquisitions combine CXtec’s refurbished networking hardware, data center cabling manufacturing and aftermarket maintenance capabilities with TERACAI’s systems-integration and IT infrastructure services to accelerate product and service expansion and growth.
