Huron (NASDAQ: HURN) has agreed to acquire GG+A, a philanthropic management consulting firm that advises education institutions, healthcare organizations, arts and other nonprofits. Approximately 100 GG+A team members will join Huron and GG+A will be included in Huron's Education operating segment; financial terms were not disclosed and the deal was expected to close in March 2024.

Approximately 130 client-facing AXIA employees will join Huron; financial terms were not disclosed and Clearsight Advisors served as AXIA's exclusive financial advisor.

Red Ventures Acquires HigherEducation.com

HigherEducation.com is an online marketplace and marketing/enrollment services provider for post-secondary institutions; the acquisition gives Red Ventures an entry into the education sector and expands its portfolio of digital consumer brands.

Huron Acquires Innosight

Huron (NASDAQ: HURN) entered into an agreement to acquire Innosight Holdings LLC, a growth strategy firm, for $100 million plus contingent consideration, combining Huron’s execution capabilities with Innosight’s strategy expertise to offer end-to-end transformation services. The acquisition expands Huron’s strategy and innovation capabilities across industries including healthcare, financial services and manufacturing; Innosight (more than 90 employees at announcement) will be included in Huron’s Business Advisory segment.

Huron (NASDAQ: HURN) has acquired strategy and operations consulting firm Wilson Perumal & Company (WP&C) and integrated approximately 30 WP&C team members into its Innosight strategy and innovation capabilities. The deal brings WP&C's proprietary methodologies and operations-focused strategy expertise into Huron's Commercial operating segment to expand the firm's strategy, operations, and transformation offerings across industrials, manufacturing, energy, consumer, private equity, and public sector clients.
