Allied Universal Acquires MSA Security from GreyLion

Allied Universal has executed a definitive agreement to acquire New York–based MSA Security from private equity firm GreyLion. MSA, a provider of threat protection and explosive-detection K9 teams with revenue approaching $200 million and nearly 700 canine teams deployed worldwide, will expand Allied Universal’s specialized capabilities and national K9 program; terms were not disclosed.
