Whiteley Oliver, a Beaumont, Texas-based data-focused field and technical services provider, has acquired Onshore Pipeline Services, LLC (OPS), an engineering, construction management, and inspections firm serving the oil and gas industry. OPS founders Jeff Kitterman and Allan Seilheimer will remain with the business and assume leadership roles within Whiteley Oliver as the companies integrate capabilities for turnkey project management and pipeline integrity services.

Energy Services of America Corporation formed a wholly owned subsidiary, West Virginia Pipeline Acquisition Company, and entered an asset purchase agreement to acquire substantially all assets of WV Pipeline, Inc. for $3.5 million cash plus a $3.0 million seller note; the transaction was expected to close December 31, 2020. The acquisition expands Energy Services' capabilities and geographic presence in gas and water distribution utility services in southern West Virginia, and WV Pipeline's leadership (David and Daniel Bolton) will remain with the business.

I Squared Capital Acquires Majority Interest in Whistler Pipeline

I Squared Capital, via its ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund III, has acquired a controlling majority interest in the Whistler Pipeline from a group including First Infrastructure Capital, Ridgemont Equity Partners, affiliates of West Texas Gas, affiliates of Stonepeak Partners and the WhiteWater management team. The Whistler Pipeline is a major natural gas transmission system linking the Permian Basin to Gulf Coast LNG facilities, Mexico and other Gulf Coast demand, with most capacity contracted under long-term, fixed-fee commitments.
