Edison Chouest Offshore has acquired Aberdeen-headquartered ROVOP from energy-focused private equity firm Bluewater. ROVOP, a leading provider of ROV subsea services that grew under Bluewater's ownership to £53 million in FY2023 revenue, will be integrated into Edison Chouest’s global marine and subsea capabilities.
