Subsea Global Solutions Acquires Underwater Contractors (Singapore) and Gray Diving Services (Australia)

Subsea Global Solutions, a portfolio company of GenNx360 Capital Partners, acquired Underwater Contractors Pte. Ltd. in Singapore and Gray Diving Services Pty. Ltd. in Australia to expand its Asia‑Pacific footprint. The deals increase Subsea Global Solutions' number of home ports to 13 and strengthen its commercial diving and marine services capabilities in key ports such as Singapore and Sydney.
