SoftBank Vision Fund 2 Invests $160M in Iyuno-SDI Group

Media Do International Acquires Supadu Ltd.

Media Do International, the San Diego–based subsidiary of Japan's Media Do Co., Ltd., has acquired all shares of UK-based Supadu Ltd., a provider of websites and e-commerce solutions for publishers. Supadu's CEO Mark Harvie-Watt will remain in place, and the business will be integrated into the Media Do / Firebrand Group to expand product capabilities and global reach for publishers.

TransPerfect Acquires Blu Digital Group

Element Logic Acquires SDI Industries

Norway-based warehouse automation integrator Element Logic has acquired SDI Industries, a Los Angeles-headquartered provider of turnkey automation and sortation systems, expanding Element Logic's footprint into the United States and Latin America. Element Logic is majority-owned by Castik Capital, and SDI's management will reinvest and remain jointly responsible for the U.S. business; the deal adds more than 200 experts and extends Element Logic's AutoStore integration and sortation capabilities.

Mediaocean Acquires Imposium
