Warren Equity Partners Acquires Majority Interest in M&D Distributors

Warren Equity Partners acquired a majority interest in Magneto & Diesel Injector Service, Inc. (“M&D Distributors”) from the Ingram family, who rolled a portion of their equity and will remain involved on the board. M&D, based in Humble, Texas, is an aftermarket distributor and rebuilder of diesel engine parts serving commercial trucking and industrial equipment markets; Warren Equity will support the company’s next phase of growth. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Advisor360° Acquires the Wealth Management Technology Assets of Agreement Express

Advisor360° acquired the digital onboarding and wealth management technology assets (including technology, IP, clients and professionals) of Agreement Express from Frontier Growth, completing the transaction on December 23, 2022. The deal expands Advisor360°'s multi-custodian support, CRM integrations and global team (including staff in Canada); Agreement Express's payments business was sold to NMI earlier in December 2022.

Consolidated Equipment Group Acquires Agile Manufacturing Group

Consolidated Equipment Group (CEG), a portfolio company of Dominus Capital, has acquired Agile Manufacturing Group, LLC, a Granite, Iowa-based maker of agricultural, industrial and construction attachments marketed under the GrabTec and Miller Loader brands. The deal is an add-on to CEG's platform to broaden its product suite and expand into adjacent material-handling end markets; Agile founder Mike Feilmeier will remain in leadership as Vice President of Agile Products.

Dairy.com Acquires ever.ag

Dairy.com has acquired ever.ag to combine AgTech software, commodity brokerage, crop insurance and risk-management capabilities, creating an expanded provider for dairy, grain and livestock customers. The acquisition adds ever.ag team members and technology (including Vault farm software) to Dairy.com's My Dairy Dashboard and Blimling services, increasing the combined organization to over 200 employees across seven global locations.

CriticalPoint Capital Acquires Agway Farm & Home Distribution Division from Southern States Cooperative

Affiliates of CriticalPoint Capital completed the acquisition of substantially all assets of the Farm Supply Distribution division from Southern States Cooperative and rebranded the business as Agway Farm & Home. The company will operate as a wholesale product distributor serving a network of more than 1,250 independent dealers and Southern States-owned retail locations across the East Coast; CriticalPoint said it plans to support organic growth and strategic add-on acquisitions.
