BrandSafway Acquires Bowline Construction LLC

BrandSafway has acquired Bowline Construction LLC, a Norwell, Massachusetts–based provider of commercial construction access systems, effective November 18, 2019. The deal expands BrandSafway’s motorized access and hoist capabilities in the New England region and establishes a motorized hub at Bowline’s Norwell location to collaborate with BrandSafway’s Boston branch.

BrandSafway Acquires Brace Industrial Group

Brace, a Houston-based specialty industrial contractor with more than 2,000 employees and 23 locations serving power, petrochemical, commercial construction and chemical markets, was a portfolio company of Sterling Partners; BrandSafway is a platform company backed by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and Brookfield Business Partners.

RoadSafe Traffic Systems Acquires Site-Safe Products and Innovative Access Solutions

RoadSafe Traffic Systems, Inc. acquired Site-Safe Products, LLC and its wholly owned subsidiary Innovative Access Solutions, LLC to expand its work zone safety product and service offerings across the Southern and Midwestern United States. The deals broaden RoadSafe’s traffic control footprint in those regions and mark the company’s 14th and 15th acquisitions since partnering with private equity firms Investcorp and Trilantic North America in 2021.

SAFEbuilt Acquires TX BBG Consulting, Inc.

Access Acquires Six U.S. Records and Information Management Businesses
