BrandSafway has acquired Brace Industrial Group (including Brace Integrated Services and Platinum Specialty Services), effective August 2, 2021. Brace, a Houston-based specialty industrial contractor with more than 2,000 employees and 23 locations serving power, petrochemical, commercial construction and chemical markets, was a portfolio company of Sterling Partners; BrandSafway is a platform company backed by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and Brookfield Business Partners.
