Charger Investment Partners (through an affiliate) completed the acquisition of PerTronix, LLC, a San Dimas, California-based designer and manufacturer of performance aftermarket automotive products. PerTronix's leadership will remain in place and Charger plans to support organic growth and strategic M&A initiatives to expand the platform and accelerate growth; financial terms were not disclosed.

StandardAero Acquires Aero Turbine Inc.

StandardAero has acquired Aero Turbine, Inc., a Stockton, California-based provider of military engine and accessories MRO services, from Gallant Capital Partners. The acquisition strengthens StandardAero's military engine and component repair capabilities and adds a fully integrated 60,000+ sq. ft. Stockton facility and nearly 200 technicians to its network.

Transom Capital Group Acquires Majority Stake in Webasto Charging Business

TRS Services Acquires American Aeromotive Components

Houston-based TRS Services has acquired the assets of American Aeromotive Components (AAC), expanding TRS's manufacturing and replacement-parts capabilities for light industrial and aeroderivative gas turbines. The acquisition adds CNC grinding and machining capacity and broadens TRS's repair capabilities for heavy industrial buckets and blades, strengthening the company's technical expertise and service offering to turbine operators and OEMs.
