Precinmac, a PE-backed diversified manufacturer, has acquired Petersen Inc., a large-format precision fabrication and machining company with facilities in Ogden, Utah and Pocatello, Idaho. The acquisition expands Precinmac's manufacturing capabilities and product offerings to better serve aerospace & defense, semiconductor, energy, medical and other industrial end markets.

Pexco LLC Acquires Precise Aerospace Manufacturing, Inc.

Pexco LLC, an Odyssey-backed specialty plastics processor based in Atlanta, acquired Precise Aerospace Manufacturing, Inc., a Yorba Linda, California-based precision plastics molder and contract manufacturer. The deal (advised by Houlihan Lokey for Precise) expands Pexco’s injection molding and high-performance polymer capabilities, adds a West Coast manufacturing site (its 13th), and strengthens its position in aerospace, defense, medical and electronics end markets.

Precision Aerospace Holdings Acquires Clearwater Engineering

Dallas-based Precision Aerospace Holdings, a portfolio company of Juniper Capital Management and CIC Partners, has acquired Clearwater Engineering, a Derby, Kansas precision machining and CNC milling company serving commercial and government aerospace customers. The add-on deal (closed March 7, 2025) expands Precision's Midwest footprint, adds machining capacity and capabilities, and brings approximately 40 Clearwater employees into the Precision platform.
